Armed with our list of potential solutions we need to make a decision as to which solution will be implemented. There are various methods available to help you come to the best solution for your circumstances, and at Key Elements we will help you to determine the results. By looking at your original criteria for identifying the problem, you can see if any of the solutions will meet the requirements to solve the problem. If there are no clear cut solutions it may be possible to score the solutions based on business needs, practicality, cost, and effectiveness. This will ensure that your decision to use any solution is based on the merits of that solution. Ideally though, any solution should be one that has been contributed to by the staff. They have the requisite skills and knowledge to understand the problem fully and they will be the people who have to make the solution work.
