It is essential that you clearly document this part of the process and ensure that it is well communicated around the business. Failure to do so may result in the loss of goodwill from those who have helped you to get this far.

In order to create a successful action plan you will need to carry out critical path analysis so that the relevant time scales and deadlines can be mapped for all to see. This will help you see any potential problems should any of the planned actions miss their deadlines.

Then you must produce an action plan which needs to show who will be doing what and by when. This should be made available to all staff.
